Discovery
Two weeks. Paid. We learn your problem, the existing stack, the constraints, and the politics. Output is a written assessment with three recommendations and a milestone plan with a fixed budget. You own the assessment. If we are not a fit, the next step is yours to take.
Scope and plan
We turn the assessment into a milestone-by-milestone plan with a fixed budget. Risks called out. Decisions documented. Acceptance criteria for every milestone. You sign off before any code is written.
Ship
Iterative delivery. Weekly demos, weekly notes. You see progress. We surface blockers early. No surprises at the end. Code review on every change. Documentation as we go.
Operate
After launch, we can stay on as your engineering retainer for maintenance, new features, and on-call coverage. Or hand off cleanly to your team — every system we ship comes with a runbook and 30-day support window.
