How is this different from a generic ChatGPT-style chatbot?

Generic chatbots answer from open-internet training data. The OST AI Assistant answers only from your knowledge base, with retrieval-grounded prompts and confidence-gated handoff. Hallucinations are an architectural problem, not a content one. We solved it at the architecture layer.

Can I self-host it on my own cloud?

How long does setup take?

What happens when the AI does not know?
