What's a typical engagement size?
Anywhere from a 4-week scoped engagement (e.g. an accessibility audit + remediation plan) to multi-year retainers running custom platforms and AI integrations. Most clients land somewhere in the 3-12 month range for build engagements, with optional ongoing maintenance.
Do you work with US clients only?
Mostly. Our delivery team is global with US-time-zone presence, but our buyers are predominantly US mid-market businesses, agencies, K-12, higher ed, and government. We follow your client's AI policy and data-residency rules.
Are you SAM-registered? Can you respond to RFPs?
Yes. We're SAM-registered and have past performance across K-12, higher ed, civic, and nonprofit. Section 508 + WCAG 2.2 AA conformance is standard. Capability Statement available on request.
How do you handle AI in your engagements?
AI is one tool among many. We integrate Generative AI when it solves a real problem (search, content generation, customer support, document processing) and we say no when it doesn't fit. Every AI integration we ship has a human-in-the-loop checkpoint.
