Why we build products

Why an engineering firm builds its own products.

Three reasons. They drive every product call we make: what to build, what to ship, what to kill. We do not pretend the agency model and the product model are the same.

It keeps our reflexes sharp.

Running our own production stack means we feel every cost, every outage, every release. The lessons feed straight back into client work. You get an engineer who has been on call this week, not just last decade.

It demonstrates the playbook.

Multi-tenant AI, accessibility-default UI, anonymous-by-default privacy: we ship them in our own products before we recommend them to you. Our products are the reference implementation.

Reason 03

It funds the long view.

Product revenue lets us turn down work that does not fit, invest in R&D that the agency model would not fund, and keep senior engineers on the bench between client engagements. You feel that as senior continuity.
