27th Investment needed investment and lead management software to automate internal work and save time and cost — automating investments made, customer portfolios, and leads.
Every module had to be open-ended so it could be enhanced easily as the business scope grew.
Solutions we provided
Separate admin and client investment dashboards.
We created an Investment Management Dashboard with distinct admin and client sections. Admins handle user and client management, formulated interest and cancellation-penalty calculations, and full investment management; clients create and manage accounts and multiple investments in one place.
The dashboard home surfaces total investment, customers, leads, and cancellations — all clickable — plus upcoming maturing investments.

Leads are generated from the user dashboard or the mobile app: after running figures through a custom-built investment calculator, new and existing users create a lead that admins and managers can track and update based on conversations with customers.

Getting the money math exactly right.
Cancellation was the trickiest part: collecting an investment back from every project it touched, deducting charges, and calculating prorated interest before returning the balance.
